You will be needing some excel work that required to fill in a spread sheet with data.

Having the skill to read trough your data quickly and then to analyze some data is a primary requirement if you want to perform data entry with a massive speed. If you fail to perform the data entry with speed you will surely find the data entry job growing on you and you will surely be quite bored with it as data entry jobs are tedious. It requires some patience too, you need to be persistent in your work and have to have quick hands when it comes to right clicking for copying and pasting work in to the right categories or columns.
